Model United Nations Coach, Editor and Educationist (20+ years of experience), Impacted over 8000+ student lives.

Nandita is a seasoned educationist with over 20 years of experience as a Model United Nations (MUN) coach, editor, and mentor, having impacted the lives of more than 8,000 students. She possesses a deep passion for public speaking across various formats, including debate, elocution, and drama, and has trained students for inter-school, state, and national competitions. Notably, she has prepared and escorted teams to prestigious contests such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) debate competitions and the East India debate contest at Assam Valley School, Tezpur.

Theatre, Thought & Diplomacy - Her Journey of Impact

A natural in theatre, Nandita has directed numerous plays including Oliver Twist, The Umbrella Man, My Fair Lady, Sound of Music, Mothers' Day, Taming of the Shrew, and King and I, among others. For two decades, she has been deeply involved in training young people aged 12 to 20 for MUN conferences held under renowned platforms like India's International Movement to United Nations (IIMUN) and Ivy League. Her tutelage has helped several youth teams secure major accolades, including winning the Championship Conference organized by IIMUN at the United Nations headquarters in New York in 2017.

Beyond public speaking and MUN coaching, Nandita has been a valued counselor to countless students, helping them overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, fear, and lack of confidence. She has guided these young individuals into strong, stable personalities who excel in both life and academics.

Currently, Nandita is expanding her reach by training youth across India in public speaking, communication, and MUN through online webinars. Her MUN courses are compact, comprehensive, and enjoyable, designed to teach students all the essential skills to emerge as confident and capable leaders under the banner "MUN, FUN & BEYOND."

In addition to her educational pursuits, Nandita serves as the communication lead for the Mine Labour Protection Campaign Trust (MLPC), an NGO dedicated to supporting silicosis victims and their widows by promoting alternative livelihoods and enhancing transparency and traceability in the natural stone industry. Her work with MLPC reflects her commitment to social impact and ethical advocacy alongside her educational endeavors.
